Training during COVID-19 Shutdowns

As the world around us is changing rapidly, we wanted to reach out to all our supporters to let you know we’re thinking about you and your loved ones during this tough time. While many of you are working to figure out how train during the coming weeks and months, we’ve been developing remote options to help serve our clients even better. Here are a few offers we’ve put together that you may find beneficial, and affordable:

Free Overhand Arm Care Program (Download Below)

This will serve as a great starting point for you if you haven’t worked with our products and programs before, or you’ve taken a lot of time off. It contains starter and maintenance programs with videos of the all exercises. It can be accomplished at home with minimal equipment.

Free Video Analysis

With the purchase of any of our arm care kits (Throwing, Pitching, Hitting, or Fielding) we’re happy to help give you some free advice on how you can take your game to the next level.

All Arm Care Kits are 10% Off

For the foreseeable future, and as long as they’re in stock, we will be discounting our equipment as much as possible.

Velolab X Membership are 25-50% Off

With the purchase of either an essentials or advanced arm care kit, get a massive discount on our online programming. Our VeloLabX programs include programs for any point in the year for both pitchers and overhand throwers. Simply purchase an arm care kit, and you will receive an email with your discount coupon code.

Along with these announcements, we will be making some changes to our business focus in the coming months. With far fewer hours in the facility, we will be focusing more on our VeloLab X site and our blog to get information, videos, and programs in clients’ hands in an easy and accessible way.

Update our VeloLab X site

Since putting up our VeloLab X site over a year ago, we have not spent as much time updating the site like we initially intended to. While we have received positive feedback regarding the content of the site, we will be updating media and programming during this extended break and expect to dedicate more resources to it going forward. Our goal is to make this a more robust resource for athletes and coaches alike.

Update blog/newsletter

Our blog and newsletter have also been woefully neglected. You can expect more articles and write ups about various topics around throwing, on the field performance, strength and current topics around softball. If there’s anything you’d like us to cover, please let us know!

If you have any questions about how to get started or literally anything else, we’re always available for help at As always, we appreciate your support.

Stay safe, and train hard!
